
李鑫,男,1997年出生,湖南永州人,博士研究生,碩士研究生導師,江西農業大學校聘教授。2024年畢業于浙江大學動物科學學院飼料科學研究所,現為中國畜牧獸醫學會動物營養學分會會員,中國畜牧獸醫學會養豬學分會會員,國家生豬產業聯盟理事。
主要從事動物營養與飼料科學的教學科研工作,擔任動物科學2502班班主任。現主持江西省自然科學基金項目1項,江西省職業早期青年科技人才培養項目1項,江西省教育廳科學技術研究項目1項,并參與國家自然科學基金2項。近5年在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function、Animal Nutrition等期刊發表SCI論文10余篇,其中以第一作者發表論文6篇。
