
李鑫,男,1997年出生,湖南永州人,博士研究生,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校聘教授。2024年畢業(yè)于浙江大學(xué)動(dòng)物科學(xué)學(xué)院飼料科學(xué)研究所,現(xiàn)為中國(guó)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)分會(huì)會(huì)員,中國(guó)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)養(yǎng)豬學(xué)分會(huì)會(huì)員,國(guó)家生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟理事。
主要從事動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼料科學(xué)的教學(xué)科研工作,擔(dān)任動(dòng)物科學(xué)2502班班主任。現(xiàn)主持江西省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),江西省職業(yè)早期青年科技人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),江西省教育廳科學(xué)技術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),并參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)。近5年在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function、Animal Nutrition等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文10余篇,其中以第一作者發(fā)表論文6篇。
