李加敏,男,漢族,中共黨員,1985年11月生,安徽碭山人,博士/博士后,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師(學(xué)碩-水產(chǎn)、專碩-畜牧)。獲江西省2022年度第五類高層次人才。江西省科技評(píng)審專家。從事魚類脂肪異常沉積的營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控策略的研究,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注L-肉堿、甲基供體等功能性添加劑的降肝脂機(jī)制。以第一作者或共一身份發(fā)表SCI收錄論文11篇,參與發(fā)表14篇高水平科研論文。主持2項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(青年和地區(qū)各1項(xiàng)),參與杰青、重點(diǎn)、聯(lián)合基金等多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。講授10門本科生和研究生課程。擔(dān)任江農(nóng)水產(chǎn)2302班班主任。

教學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)服務(wù)工作:
講授10門課程:水產(chǎn)專業(yè)本科生課程《養(yǎng)殖水域生態(tài)學(xué)》、《水產(chǎn)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)》、《計(jì)算機(jī)在專業(yè)上的應(yīng)用》、《大學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)指導(dǎo)》、《觀賞魚類養(yǎng)殖學(xué)》、《魚類行為生態(tài)學(xué)》、《休閑漁業(yè)》和研究生課程《漁業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境與控制技術(shù)》等8門專業(yè)課程,以及開設(shè)國(guó)內(nèi)中西部高校首批海洋類通識(shí)教育課程《海洋,海鮮與國(guó)家發(fā)展》、及公選課《休閑漁業(yè)與漁文化》。獲學(xué)院青年教師教學(xué)比賽二等獎(jiǎng)1次。目前已指導(dǎo)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)8人次,其中2人分別考上廈門大學(xué)、海南大學(xué)研究生。擔(dān)任江農(nóng)水產(chǎn)2302班班主任以來,開創(chuàng)多項(xiàng)育人新模式:開展6次以“學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀 成為優(yōu)秀”為主題的和2次以“一舍一魚”科普匯報(bào)為主題的綜合素質(zhì)提升班會(huì),共邀請(qǐng)61位知名高校優(yōu)秀學(xué)子和青年才俊云端授課、指導(dǎo)和交流;將學(xué)期總結(jié)和展望作為班級(jí)管理和文化建設(shè)的特色環(huán)節(jié);帶領(lǐng)班級(jí)學(xué)生深入水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖實(shí)踐一線,打造“行走的塘頭課堂”教育理念。據(jù)此,打造和運(yùn)營(yíng)微信公眾號(hào)“海洋與發(fā)展”、“休閑漁業(yè)與漁文化”、“江農(nóng)水產(chǎn)2302”。
