    張志燕,江西農(nóng)大動物遺傳育種與繁殖專業(yè), 博士,副研究員。比利時列日大學(xué)獸醫(yī)學(xué)院數(shù)量遺傳學(xué)博士, 師從黃路生教授和Michel Georges 教授。主要從事家豬復(fù)雜經(jīng)濟性狀及抗病性狀的 QTL 定位、精細定位研究、基于單倍型的線性混合模型的全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析算法和應(yīng)用及利用已有的高密度基因型個體作為參考群體, 推斷出低密度基因型個體所有基因型方法(imputation)及其在關(guān)聯(lián)分析和基因組選擇育種方面的研究。近年來主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目4項,以科研骨干參與5項。共發(fā)表SCI文章60余篇,其中第一或通訊(共同第一)作者文章15篇,獲發(fā)明專利三項。
