
陳小慶(1989-),安徽合肥人,博士/副教授,第十一批次“未來(lái)之星”。從事預(yù)防獸醫(yī)學(xué)的教學(xué)、科研工作,一直聚焦于人獸共患原蟲(chóng)病方面研究,主要應(yīng)用基因組、蛋白組和代謝組等組學(xué)技術(shù)以及CRISPR基因編輯技術(shù)對(duì)弓形蟲(chóng)和腸道原蟲(chóng)進(jìn)行了深入研究。主要承擔(dān)本科生《動(dòng)物寄生蟲(chóng)與寄生蟲(chóng)病學(xué)》、《普通獸醫(yī)學(xué)II》、《獸醫(yī)學(xué)》等課程的教學(xué)工作。現(xiàn)主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng),國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)放課題1項(xiàng),省教育廳課題2項(xiàng),教改課題2項(xiàng),參與省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),曾參與完成了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)和中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院科技創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)等。目前已發(fā)表論文20余篇,以第一作者或通訊作者已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文有20余篇,其中SCI收錄論文12篇。
